Advanced Fat Loss
This is the final workout of the Fat Loss series – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
A workout by an experienced nutritionist and personal trainer giving you a one on one fat burning exercise session lasting 1 hour 30 mins.
He will go through warm-up exercises and then move on to the full physical workout.
Introducing advanced exercise techniques as well as increasing the number of repetitions but decreasing the rest periods.
He is assisted by two other guys who perform the routines alongside him.
After the workout, they will go through some cooling down stretching techniques to prevent muscle stiffness and other general aches and pains normally associated with a workout of this type.
