This is the second in a series of three workouts – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
A workout by an experienced nutritionist and personal trainer giving you a one on one fat burning exercise session lasting 1 hour 30 mins.
He will go through warm-up exercises and then move on to the full physical workout.
He is assisted by two other guys who perform the routines alongside him.
After the workout, they will go through some cooling down stretching techniques to prevent muscle stiffness and other general aches and pains normally associated with a workout of this type.
