Pilates for Beginners




Pilates can really make a difference in your health without taking a toll on your body.

This is the first in a series of three Pilates classes – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

Taught by an experienced Pilates trainer and lasts for 50 minutes.

She will go through the equpment you need, warm-up exercises and then move on to the full Beginners Pilates.Class
